The holy start

Right from the birth of every creature in this earth, it has a strong connection with something called "food" which gives a magic strength for it to thrive in this world. I am no exception from this law of mother nature.

For the past 20-22 years I was related to the world of "food" in a different way. Yes.. Only the post production activity of "tasting the food"... But as by the another rule of mother nature "The time changes..." and now I am related to it also in its 10th dimension.... Yes... As a "cook..!!". Not really with a white tall hat & a blue pillsbury apron.. But a normal human who cooks at home just to kill the hunger...

This blog is started solely for the reason to archive the results of my R&D and to share some good recipes. To proceed with this blog further, I wish to steal a word from one of a blog expert... BSW@O - Bachelor Software Engineers @ Onsite... Since I plan to help out the coders to make their piece of bread, I thought this term would be useful to me in a great way...

The parents are the first source for recipes for every kid who stay away from their home. It feels really a treasure to know the procedure for the food that we have tasted for these many years.

I really wish to thank my mom & sis for their tricks in cooking and dad for his tips & loads of quotes...

Last but not the least, my roomies Kuldeep,Vishwa & Kiran.... Often the scape goats for my cooking :-) who helped & helping me with their constructive criticism... & to Sitik for his expert advise....
